FAQ | Policies
PRIVACY POLICY:
Besides my email list I do not share any information. If you provide your social media handles and have purchased a product at times I will post a photo and tag you. If you do not wish for this to be so, please let me know when you order. On custom invoices if a phone number is provided I will share a link that allows you to pay via text.
SHOP HOURS + LOCAL PICKUP:
Since this is a part type job for me I do not really have set hours. My main job I work M-F 7AM to 5PM and then typically any work done is at home which I try my best to balance being a husband, father, and musician. I do offer local pick up if you are in the Laurel, MD area, you are welcome to choose that during check out and arrange a pick up time (would prefer weekends if possible)
SHIPPING POLICY | LEAD TIMES:
Unless other wise noted on the listing my lead times will vary depending on product and home life balance. Lead times will be listed on the main page. Everything I do for the most part is print on demand to save space and waste. I do stock some inventory in the case I get tied up with something else and need to get a product out. (Example: even if it says 2-3 week lead time, there are some smaller items I can get out in a day or 2).
PACKAGING:
I use a combination of boxes from USPS, Uline and ALOT of reused boxes from Amazon to try and recycle the most I can. I also recycle a lot of bubble wrap, paper and so on.
SHIPPING DELAYS:
I used to bring everything to myself to the post office to ship. This became super annoying since I had to do it after work or during lunch. I currently use the package pick up service from USPS. For years I have struggled with this, but for the most part they have gotten way better. So if you get a email saying a label was created and notice it hasn’t moved in 2 days. MOST LIKELY my carrier was not notified from the post office. When this happens I will either try again or drop off myself.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Typically for everyday orders it is USA based only. If you are out of country I can ship to you though! Since we are print on demand I can’t really give you exact shipping prices. I always say budget between 20-30 dollars, and that once the item goes to customs you probably cannot track it until it gets out of customs. International orders require me for now to make a custom invoice through quickbooks. (AS OF RECENT TARIFFS CHANGES I HAVE SEEN QUOTES FROM 50-100 DOLLARS FOR SHIPPING)
CUSTOM WORK:
I LOVE doing custom work. Please email me or contact me with what you are looking for. I do charge for a design fee depending on the complexity and size of project. For VCI Clasps I typically wave this fee if you are able to send the device for a week or two and you will get a discount on the finnished product
RETURN POLICY:
I typically do not accept returns since everything is made to order. With that being said please contact me first and we can discuss. If by chance you did not get an item, this MUST be resolved when you get it. Not 3 days later, not 5 days later, not 2 weeks later. If you receive a package and don’t open it for a week and then find out you are missing something that is on you.
